PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device capable of securing higher reliability by a simple constitution without causing the upsizing of a joint mechanism and an increase of cost. SOLUTION: In this joint mechanism, an outer cylinder 11 as a protective member for surrounding an outer periphery of an eccentric pin 10 is provided.
