摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly assign break time of operators in a call center. SOLUTION: This operator management system in the call center includes: a DB server 4 which stores skills of call center services of each operator; and a schedule task 71 which assigns the break of each operator so that the total sum of skills of operators except an operator who takes a break is constantly averaged based on the skills stored in the DB server 4. Thus, even when a part of operators takes the breaks, the total sum of skills of the operators except the operators who take the breaks, namely, the operators who perform services is constantly averaged, and proper response becomes possible.
