<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem that toilet paper is not rapidly taken out and both hands are required to cut the paper after taking-out resulting in inefficiency of the taking out of the paper in a toilet paper holder which is equipment for a flush lavatory in a building and a vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the toilet paper is cut, the end of the left paper is suspended, so that the paper is easily picked up in subsequent use, or the taken out paper is cut by one hand with an upward pulling operation.
