Ž<P>SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of picking up a 3-dimensional contrast image of blood vessel of a subject includes: a contrast agent kinetics measurement means 21 capable of measuring a contrast agent injection starting time, a time the contrast agent reaching a target area on the image, and a time the contrast agent finishing to flow out based on a preliminarily taken contrast image or fluoroscopic image of the subject; a calculation means to calculate an X-ray exposure starting time, X-ray exposure finishing time, injection amount of the contrast agent, injection starting time, injection finishing time and injection velocity by a predetermined calculation process, based on the calculation result by the contrast agent kinetics measurement means 21; and a motion control means 1 to control an image pick-up timing and an injector motion based on the calculation result by the calculation means.
