<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high efficiency operation as the whole refrigerating cycle by forcibly separating a refrigerant and oil suitably at a suitable position even when the refrigerant is changed to a new refrigerant R1234yf. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This refrigerating cycle includes a compressor, a condenser, a decompressing/expanding means and an evaporator, wherein R1234yf is used as a refrigerant, and an oil separating means for forcibly separating the refrigerant from oil is provided in a two-phase separation area where the refrigerant and oil get mixed in separate state without being mutually soluble.
