<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl drain outlet connecting structure which is adaptable to several types of drain pipes different in inside diameter, without reference to newness of a construction state of a drain pipe, and which prevents an adapter from falling into the drain pipe. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this toilet bowl drain outlet connecting structure, a floor flange 5 is equipped with a cylindrical vertical connecting tube portion 7, and a cover piece 8 which is elongated outward and downward from an upper end of the vertical connecting tube portion 7. The adapter 6 is formed in a tubular shape, and housed in the cover piece 8 of the floor flange 5; an inner peripheral connecting portion 9, which undergoes the fitting of the vertical connecting tube portion 7 of the floor flange 5, is provided on an inner periphery; a plurality of drain pipe connecting portions 10 different in inside diameter, to which an upper end of the drain pipe 4 is cover-attached and fitted, are provided on an outer periphery; a drain outlet 2 of the toilet bowl 1 is inserted into the vertical connecting tube portion 7 of the floor flange 5; and the fitting height of the adapter 6 is changed by the vertical connecting tube portion 7 of the floor flange 5, so that the drain pipe connecting portion 10 of the adapter 6 suitable for the inside diameter of the drain pipe 4 is fitted to the upper end of the drain pipe 4.
