<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for a casting anode for electrolysis capable of suppressing the strain rate, and suppressing generation of flush or casting trim on an outer edge of the anode for electrolysis, and thin ear of the anode for electrolysis. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Two equidistance parallel line groups in which ridges extend obliquely to an outer frame part and are across each other are formed on the entire surface of a cast-in surface or a part thereof, and linear projecting parts of the height of 3-10 mm are provided thereon. Further, the ridges of the linear projecting parts form two equidistance parallel line groups which extend obliquely to the outer frame part and are across each other. Further, the linear projecting parts are formed in a vicinity of a center part at which molten crude copper is poured and in a part except a vicinity of a hole for bottom casting pin of the cast-in surface.
