To limit the number of contents which can be reproduced among a plurality of contents recorded on a recording medium. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A reproduction device (3) includes: a recording medium (2) containing a plurality of contents and the reproduction-enabled number indicating the number of contents which can be arbitrarily reproduced by a user among the plurality of contents; acquisition means (11) for acquitting the reproduction-enabled number; and reproduction inhibit means (14) for inhibiting reproduction of each content when the total number of contents which have been reproduced among the plurality of contents exceeds the acquired reproduction-enabled number upon reproduction of each content.
