THE METHOD TO PRODUCE FINE PARTICLES, WHICH IS SANITARY, FROM THE SEED OF BLACK SOY BEAN

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of packaged sanitary black bean cotyledon active fine particles is provided to reduce energy used for processes, and to supply the active fine particles in which nutrient such as the vegetable albumin, lecithin etc with cryogenic liquid nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of packaged sanitary black bean cotyledon active fine particles includes the following steps: freezing rapidly the black bean cotyledons with cryogenic liquid nitrogen under the dry bulb temperature 20°C, the relative humidity 5%, and the clean room condition of 100,000 class; manufacturing the black bean cotyledon active fine particles by pulverizing the black bean cotyledons; sterilizing the sanitary black bean cotyledon active fine particles for 1 minute with wavelength of 253.7nm; and packing the black bean cotyledon active fine particles.
