<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a rigid polyurethane foam having excellent compression hardness and inflammability when formed into the low-density one by using one or more selected from carbon dioxide gas, a hydrogen atom-containing halogenated hydrocarbon and water as a foaming agent. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the rigid polyurethane foam by reacting an active hydrogen component (A) with an organic polyisocyanate (B) in the presence of the foaming agent (C) uses the component (A) containing one or more active hydrogen compounds (a) having an active hydrogen-containing group and two or more vinyl polymerizable functional groups regulated so that the concentration of the vinyl polymerizable functional group in the molecule may be ≥7.0 mmol/g, and also having a specific composition, or the component (a) and an active hydrogen compound (b) free from the vinyl polymerizable functional group, and one or more selected from the carbon dioxide gas, the hydrogen atom-containing halogenated hydrocarbon and the water as the foaming agent (C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
