<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide structure which can be made compact at low cost without using a chip component, and to provide a printed-circuit board using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The waveguide structure or printed-circuit board is formed using a plurality of unit structures 3 which are repetitively aligned in a one-dimensional manner or in a two-dimensional manner. The unit structure 3 includes first and second conductive planes 1 and 2 which are disposed in parallel with each other, a transmission line 4 having an open end as one end which is formed in a layer different from the first and second conductive planes 1 and 2 and includes the second conductive plane 2 as a return path, and a conductive via 5 electrically connecting the other end of the transmission line 4 to the first conductive plane 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
