<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a low temperature-firable ceramic composition which is low in the dielectric constant and easily produced at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing a glass ceramic substrate includes using a powder which is prepared by calcining a mixed powder obtained by weighing raw material powders so that a target composition is obtained and mixing the powders, at a temperature not higher than the melting temperature of the mixed powder, then finely pulverizing the calcined mixed powder to obtain a low temperature-sintered material, and mixing the low temperature-sintered material and an inorganic filler having a dielectric constant of not higher than 6 so that the mixing ratio of the inorganic filler to the total of the low temperature-sintered material and the inorganic filler becomes >15 and <40 vol.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
