<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided connection type connector absorbing variations of contact height and height variations of connection terminals caused by warps of packages and printed circuit boards, reducing stress concentration on a through-hole prepared to conduct between layers, widening a movable range of a contact section, and corresponding to a fine pitching trend in recent years. <P>SOLUTION: Projection sections 5 respectively projecting from a surface 1a and a back surface 1b are arranged in positions neighboring ends of the through-hole 4 on the surface 1a and the back surface 1b of an insulating member 1, and at the same time a connection terminal section 7 is arranged at each end of a conductor part 6. The connection terminal section 7 has: a land section 11 formed in the vicinity of the through-hole 4; a connection section 12 formed on the land section 11; an inclined section 13 connected with one end of a peripheral edge section of the connection section 12 and slantly extending upward to the projection section 5; and an approximately hemispherical connection section 14 connected with one end of the inclined section 13 and covering a top of the projection section 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
