<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection device which bores a hole in meat without causing clogging, injects injection material into the open hole, and automatically seals an injection trace: to provide a device for producing processed meat; and to provide a method for producing the processed meat. <P>SOLUTION: The injection device includes: a hollow piston rod axially inserted into a piston reciprocating in a side chamber and concentrically connected to the driving axis of a driving device; a first side chamber having an intake port for the injection material; a kneaded material-storing chamber which has an intake port and an output port each for the kneaded material and in which the tip end of the reciprocating piston rod passes through the output port; and an injection control part. The piston rod has a hole communicating to the first side chamber, bores a hole in the meat while discharging the injection material flowing into the hollow part through the hole, and seals the input port of the hole with the kneaded material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
