<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus, or the like for efficiently and appropriately determining whether to restore a file system in a removable recording medium and efficiently maintaining a normal file system. <P>SOLUTION: A data processing apparatus which has an insertion portion having a recording medium with a predetermined file system constructed therein inserted removably to write data to the recording medium inserted in the insertion portion includes: an insertion/removal detecting portion that detects that the recording medium is inserted in or removed from the insertion portion; a writing state storage unit that stores, when the insertion/removal detecting portion detects removal of the recording medium, a data writing state upon removal of the recording medium; and a restoration/analysis determining unit that determines, when the insertion/removal detecting portion detects insertion of the recording medium, whether it is necessary to perform analysis regarding restoration of the file system configured in the inserted recording medium on the basis of the state stored in the writing state storage unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
