<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack wherein the adhesive strength between a molding and a unit cell is high. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The battery pack includes as main component elements a unit cell, a circuit board, and a molding formed by low-temperature forming. In the battery pack, a relay lead 62 is formed by bending one conductive plate and has a principal surface portion 62a with parallel outer sides Lb, Lc, and raised portion 62b, 62c raised in a direction perpendicular to the principal surface portion 62a with the outer sides Lb, Lc used as folding lines. Also, the principal surface portion 62a has outer sides Ld, Le and is provided with raised portions 62d, 62e raised with the outer sides used as folding lines. The raised portion 62e is raised in a direction diagonal to the principal surface portion 62a.
