PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pack-seal type bearing seal with a magnetic encoder for rotating an inner ring capable of ensuring a large fitting and forming width of the magnetic encoder. SOLUTION: The bearing seal comprises a first slinger member 7 having a cylindrical part 7a to be housed over an inner ring 2 and an outwardly projecting flange part 7b continuous to one end of the cylindrical part 7a; a second slinger member 8 having a cylindrical part 8a to be housed over the cylindrical part 7a of the first slinger member 7 and an outwardly projecting flange part 8b continuous to one end of the cylindrical part 8a; a core member 9 having a cylindrical part 9a to be internally fitted to an outer ring 3 and an inwardly projecting flange part 9b continuous to one end of the cylindrical part 9a; a fixed side seal lip member 10 having seal lips 10a, etc. fixed to the core member 9 and elastically and slidably brought into contact with the second slinger member 8; a rotating side seal lip member 11 having seal lips 11a, etc. fixed to the second slinger member 8 and elastically and slidably brought into contact with the core member 9; and annular multi-pole magnet 12 added to the outwardly projecting flange part 7b of the first slinger member 7.
