<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provIde a patch transfer medium which enables easy transferring of a patch to a fibrous material, and shows the excellent durability, especially, mar resistance of the top surface after transfer, as well as a method of manufacturing the patch transfer medium and a patch transfer fibrous material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the patch transfer medium comprises (1) the process of preparing a transfer material 10 with a transparent base 11, a hologram layer 15, a transparent reflective layer 17 and a printing layer 18, (2) the process of preparing a support 30, (3) the process of forming a release layer 14 and a mold release layer 13 on the transfer material 10, (4) the laminate 50 process to make a mold release layer 13 surface overlie a support base 31 surface together through an adhesive layer 29, (5) the process of forming an adhesion layer 19 on a printing layer 18 surface disposed on the transfer material 10, and (6) the half-cutting process to half-cut a transfer part 23 made up of the release layer 14, the transparent base 11, the hologram layer 15, the transparent reflective layer 17, the printing layer 18 and the adhesion layer 19 as a patch 21 so that the patch 21 may releasably overlie a mold release layer 13 surface.
