<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of securely detecting rotation reference points of reels by preventing influence of the charging even if a transmission means such as toothed gears for transmitting rotational driving force to the reels are charged with electricity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A Pachislot machine 1 includes: a plurality of reels 3C, 3L and 3R; stepping motors 49C, 49L and 49R for rotating the reels 3C, 3L and 3R; a driving toothed gear 617 and a driven toothed gear 618 for driving a rotary shaft 611; a reference point detection means 62 for detecting each reference point; and a main control circuit 71 for stopping the rotating reels 3C, 3L and 3R at a predetermined position based on each reference point. The reference point detection means 62 has: a permanent magnet 63 fixed to the driven toothed gear 618; and a Hall IC 64 arranged near an orbit of the permanent magnet 63.
