<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the shock value to leg portions mounted on an ottoman 81 as much as possible in collision of a vehicle and to secure an occupant get on and down space as wide as possible even though the ottoman 81 is used when applying the same to a seat (a front side rear seat 4) which is slid for the occupants in the rear side to get on and down in a plurality of rows of seats. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ottoman 81 is constituted so as to be able to be switched to a stored state and a using state via the operation mechanism portion 82, and the operation mechanism portion 82 is constituted of a cylinder 83, a piston 84 coupled to the ottoman 81 and slidable relative to the cylinder 83, and a gas chamber 85 formed by partition with the piston 84 in the cylinder 83 and filled with gas.
