The present invention relates to a method of preparing glycerides by esterifying alcohol or a mixture of alcohols and carboxylic acids at a temperature ranging from 50 to 200°C, under a pressure from 0.01 to 20.0 bar. The method includes the esterification of glycerine, butyric acid, ethanol and/or ethyl butyrate. Also disclosed are the esters obtained by said method, as well as the composition containing said esters, and feedstuffs containing said composition. |
