<p>A multi-axial fabric (10) comprising a plurality of first biasing yarns (12) extending in a first direction (A), a plurality of second biasing yams (14) extending in a second direction (B), the second direction (B) being perpendicular to the first direction (A), and a plurality of binder yarns (16) extending in a third direction (C), the third direction (C) being offset by 45° to each of the first and second directions (A1B). The first and second biasing yarns (12,14) define first and second structural layers (13,15) and the binder yarns (16) are interwoven with the yarns of the structural layers to hold the structural layers together.</p> |
