NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a high capacitance and excellent in a cycle characteristic.

SOLUTION: This nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a positive electrode containing a first layered lithium compound having an open circuit potential (based on lithium) of 3V or more and a second layered lithium compound having an open circuit potential of less than 3V. A mixing ratio of the first and the second layered lithium compounds is set so that the second layered compound/the first layered lithium compound is at 0.01-0.3 in a ratio by weight.
