摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively forming an electrode of a solar battery with high conversion efficiency by forming the electrode having a high aspect ratio and low resistivity by a simpler method. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrode forming method of the solar battery, conductive paste is applied for not less than twice by a screen printing method and the electrode of a multilayer structure having a desired pattern is formed on a substrate. First conductive paste 1a is applied onto the substrate W so that a cross section shape includes two projections 11 and a recess 12 between the projections so as to calcinate the electrode 1b in the first layer.
