METHOD FOR FORMING ELECTRODE OF SOLAR BATTERY, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLAR BATTERY USING THE SAME AND SOLAR BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively forming an electrode of a solar battery with high conversion efficiency by forming the electrode having a high aspect ratio and low resistivity by a simpler method.

SOLUTION: In the electrode forming method of the solar battery, conductive paste is applied for not less than twice by a screen printing method and the electrode of a multilayer structure having a desired pattern is formed on a substrate. First conductive paste 1a is applied onto the substrate W so that a cross section shape includes two projections 11 and a recess 12 between the projections so as to calcinate the electrode 1b in the first layer. Second conductive paste 2a is applied onto the recess 12 of the electrode of the first layer, and an electrode 2b of the second layer is calcinated in the electrode forming method of the solar battery.
