<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a precast beam member which is equipped with a rising portion undergoing the proper connection of a post-poured concrete portion. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the precast beam member 2 which is equipped with a lower portion 5 of a beam and the rising portions 7 formed in such a shape as to rise from both side portions along the longitudinal direction of the lower portion of the beam and face each other, a plurality of shear reinforcing bars 4 and a plurality of main beam reinforcements 3 are installed inside an outer form 9; an uneven surface 33 of an inner form is installed in such a manner as to come into contact with an inside surface 65 of a vertically-extended portion of the shear reinforcing bar 4, by means of the inner form 10 which is equipped with the uneven surface 33 facing an inner wall surface 56 of the outer form 9; after that, concrete for forming the lower portion 5 of the beam is poured in the outer form 9; and subsequently, concrete for forming the rising portion 7 is poured between the inner wall surface 56 and the outer form 9 and the uneven surface 33 of the inner form 10, which face each other, so that an uneven surface, which is obtained by turning the uneven surface 33 of the inner form 10 upside down, is formed on the inner wall surface 42 of the rising portion 7.
