PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power slide device of a vehicular seat can improve impact force resistance, by minimizing a buckling quantity of a screw rod, when a collision load is applied to the screw rod via a load transmission means, in the power side device of the vehicular seat that longitudinally moves an upper rail by rotational driving of the screw rod. SOLUTION: This power slide device of the vehicular seat is provided for minimizing the buckling quantity, by limiting the buckling direction of the screw rod by forming a buckling fulcrum in a plurality when the screw rod receives axial force, by arranging a load receiving member abutting on a pair of load transmission members in the screw rod, by arranging a pair of load transmission members separate in the longitudinal direction on a screw rod support rail.
