<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw thermal displacement correcting device suppressing an error of a moving amount with respect to a command value. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device includes a ball screw 2 that extends along the axial length direction, and is rotatable around a center axis P1, a fixed part with a support to support the ball screw 2 in a rotatable way, a drive part 5 connected to the ball screw 2 to rotate the ball screw 2 around the center axis, a movable part 6 engaged with the ball screw 2 to move along the axial length direction as the ball screw 2 rotates, a movable side collision element 7 retained by the movable part 6 to move together with the movable part 6 along the axial length direction, a fixed side collision element 8 provided on the fixed part 4 at the forward end side of the movable part 6 to be capable of colliding with the movable side collision element 7 that moves together with the movable part 6 along the axial length direction, and a control part 9 to determine a collision displacement amount based on a collision of the movable side collision element 7 with the fixed side collision element 8, and set a corrective moving amount to move the movable part based on the collision displacement amount.
