<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller for stabilizing the operation of a display module while keeping the output voltage curve of a range from a stipulated lower limit voltage to a stipulated upper limit voltage, and to provide a display module equipped with the display controller. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The display controller 10 is provided with a voltage control circuit 101 for generating output voltage signals on the basis of image data. The voltage control circuit 101 includes: a digital/analog conversion section 101G for converting the image data to the output voltage signals; comparison sections 101E and 101F for comparing the size relationship between a prescribed stipulated voltage value and the image data; and an output voltage signal selection section 101H for selecting the output voltage signal converted by the digital/analog conversion section 101G or a stipulated output voltage signal corresponding to the stipulated voltage value on the basis of the comparison result of the comparison sections 101E and 101F.
