<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network structure which is capable of finely adjusting a cushioning property without side slipping and has stable compression recovery property, in a three-dimensional multi-layered structure practically comprising fibers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ground weaves 10 made of plain weave are vertically piled up in a multi-layered form, many high shrinkage yarns 11 are arrayed and woven in the warp direction, and the ground weaves 10 are configured in the state of being alternately confounded with the upper and lower high shrinkage yarns 11 and curved in a wavy shape. By curving the ground weave 10 in the wavy shape, a layer structure M wherein many communicating gap parts 12 are arrayed along the weft direction is formed. In the layer structure M, warp 10a made of flat monofilaments is confounded with the upper and lower high shrinkage yarns 11 and holds the interval to maintain the communicating gap parts 12, and the warp 10a supports the skelton formation of the communicating gap parts 12. By changing fineness of the flat filaments of the layer structure, the network structure for which the layers of different compression characteristics are combined is obtained.
