PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dart barrel whose gravity center position can be more largely shifted to a position near a front end or a position near a rear end than before and unevenly distributed, and to provide a dart. SOLUTION: The dart barrel 30 is composed by arranging a pair of barrel configuring bodies 31 and 41 formed of mutually different materials in the front and back directions of the dart 10 and connecting them, and the mass and specified gravity of the barrel configuring body 31 on the front side are larger than the mass and specified gravity of the barrel configuring body 41 on the rear side. Thus, a mass difference between the barrel configuring bodies 31 and 41 on the front side and the rear side is increased, and the gravity center position is more largely shifted to the position near the front end than before and unevenly distributed.
