<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection device having improved cleanliness and cleaning workability when discarding dust. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The dust collection device is composed of a dust collection case 8 forming a shell, an upstream filter 9 provided so as to close the rear of the dust collection case 8 and a downstream filter 10 provided so as to close the rear of the upstream filter 9. Rotating shaft parts (hinge parts) 9f or the like are provided in the upper part of the dust collection case 8 for opening and closing the upstream filter 9 and the downstream filter 10. Engaging parts 11 are provided in a lower lateral parts of the dust collection case 8 for locking a double wall, the upstream filter 9 and the downstream filter 10.
