When a plurality of mobile communication systems are present at the same time, wireless base station devices and mobile terminal devices corresponding to the respective mobile communication systems are provided. In a mobile terminal device, when a data block is allocated in accordance with the rules shown in Figure 4(a), it is determined whether or not a signal is a control signal addressed to the device itself by demodulating at one time the CCE having the same number in each frequency range.
