<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutral milk component-containing beverage capable of stably retaining in the inside bubbles in a beverage solution, formed by shaking a milk component-containing beverage, without spoiling stability of the beverage. <P>SOLUTION: This milk component-containing beverage is obtained by preparing a milk beverage using a fermented cellulose compound material, and shaking the product to foam, and further preparing a milk beverage using an emulsifier and microcrystalline cellulose. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
