<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to instruct communication contents through simple operation in data transfer of near-field communication. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device, which has a near-field communication means, holds has a plurality of display modes displayable on a display means and also has communication processing operations associated therewith.
