ANTIBODY RECOGNIZING CANINE CRP AND HUMAN CRP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody recognizing both canine CRP and human CRP, a hybridoma producing the monoclonal antibody, an immunoanalytical reagent for measuring canine CRP and human CRP using the monoclonal antibody, a dry analytical element for measuring canine CRP and human CRP using the monoclonal antibody, and a method of measuring CRP using the monoclonal antibody.

SOLUTION: The monoclonal antibody or a fragment thereof recognizes both canine CRP and human CRP and has a coupling constant of 107M-7to 109M-1with respect to canine CRP and human CRP and its subclass is IgG1.
