PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive controller capable of driving and controlling an actuator of construction machinery by making use of operation characteristics being suitable for worker's sense.

SOLUTION: This drive controller for driving and controlling the actuator of the construction machinery obtains the information about characteristics indicating output characteristics of the actuator from a portable medium carried by a user and controls the actuator in accordance with amount of operation input into an operation means of the construction machinery to achieve the characteristics output by the actuator corresponding to the obtained information about characteristics.
