<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for winding and removing a bind and a drive tool for the frame which allow a cable of different outer diameter and a bind of a different spiral diameter to be easily wound and removed. <P>SOLUTION: The frame includes a base frame 2 which supports the approximate half-peripheral surface of a wire W, and a holding frame 3 which supports the rest of the half-peripheral surface of the wire W to hold the wire W between the base frame 2 and the holding frame 3. The base frame 2 has a given axial length in the axial direction of the wire W, and the holding frame 3 has an axial length greater than the axial length of the base frame 2. A bind winding bar 13 is erected in the direction of the radius of the wire W on one end 10a of the holding frame 3, while a bind removing bar 16 is erected on the other end 14 of the holding frame 3, the bind removing bar 16 having a radius length shorter than the axial length of the bind winding bar 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
