<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contamination degree detection device of hydraulic fluid capable of improving detection accuracy of the hydraulic fluid contaminated by foreign matters with grain size which causes failure of an operation of a hydraulic working machine even using an inexpensive light-shielding detector with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises a pilot filter 12 provided to a pipeline in a hydraulic circuit of a hydraulic working machine and removing foreign matters with grain size which causes failure of an operation of the hydraulic working machine from hydraulic oil, a first light-shielding detector 21 detecting passage of the foreign matters on an upstream side of the pilot filter 12, and a second light-shielding detector 22 detecting passage of the foreign matters on a downstream side of the pilot filter 12. A vehicle body controller 23 functions as a means for judging a detection frequency of the foreign matters with the first light-shielding detector 21, a means for judging a detection frequency of the foreign matters with the second light-shielding detector 22, and a means for judging a contamination degree on the upstream side of the pilot filter 12 based on the judging results of both of the means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
