PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein battery voltage rapidly decreases due to repeated wireless transmission and thereby stopping operation before detection in a regular battery voltage detection. SOLUTION: A control means 4 periodically activates a voltage detection means 3 using a timer means 9 to measure the voltage of a battery 2. However, when wireless communication is unsuccessful and the transmission begins to repeat transmission, the control means 4 operates the voltage detection means 3 by changing the timing of the timer means 9.
