PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat the inside of a cooking chamber to a target temperature by a target time. SOLUTION: A centrifugal turbo fan having a rear shroud plate 23 and a front shroud plate 26 is used as a hot air fan 20 for circulating hot air in the cooking chamber, and an oven heater is disposed while surrounding the hot air fan 20, thus the air is efficiently applied to the oven heater from the hot air fan 20. As heat exchanger effectiveness by the oven heater is increased, the inside of the cooking chamber can be heated to the target temperature by the target time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
