<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for materializing a data transfer system for enabling a user to surely use data by an information processing terminal positioned near the user himself. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This data transfer system includes: a location notification device for acquiring first location information showing a current location; and a plurality of information processing terminals for receiving the first location information, and for transmitting/receiving specific data corresponding to the location notification device through a network. Each of the information processing terminals includes: a device location acquisition part for acquiring second location information showing its own current location; and a transmission/reception control part for calculating a distance with the position notification device based on the first position information and the second position information, and for, when the calculated distance is within a prescribed range, performing transmission/reception with the other information processing terminal so that the specific data can be stored.
