<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip turbine fan capable of reducing an influence caused by the thermal expansion of a casing and improving turbine efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A shaft 3 and the casing 4 are coupled to each other by coupling members 8 extending from the shaft 3 to inflow openings 27. Therefore, the casing 4 around the inflow openings 27 at a high temperature by a working fluid F is supported by the coupling members 8, and the deformation of the casing 4 caused by the thermal expansion at a position is suppressed. By suppressing the deformation of the casing 4, it is possible to efficiently apply the working fluid F to a turbine moving blade row and reduce the distortion of the casing 4.
