PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the risk that main powder charge is ignited on receiving the influence of static electricity, thunder and strong electromagnetic wave and also to achieve light weight. SOLUTION: In this ignitor for igniting ordnance, ignition charge 14 is disposed to ignite the main power charge 11, one end of a Nonel tube 13 for transmitting a detonation wave is connected to the ignition charge 14, and a non-electrical ignition means 12 is connected to the other end of the Nonel tube 13.
