PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device easily and posteriorly fittable to an existing structure without integrating an external wall and a skeleton member with each other. SOLUTION: The opening/closing device 15 posteriorly fitted to an existing building 1 comprises a device body 16 for opening/closing an opening 6 of the building 1. The device body 16 is supported by a support body 17 of four-side frame shape. The support body 17 is fixed to a vertical steel member 4 of the building 1 through the external wall 2 by a screw 42 inserted through an elastic body 41 fittable into a through-hole 40 of the external wall 2.
