PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular pattern atomization spray gun improved in paint adhesion occurring in an atomizing nozzle of the spray gun using the annular atomizing nozzle, safely usable for a long period, and causing no painting defect. SOLUTION: In the spray gun for inner face coating having a tubular paint passage having a paint valve at an end thereof and an air pipe forming an air passage around the paint passage, and supplying the paint and compressed air from a rear side operation body and atomizing through an atomizing device at the end, the atomizing device at the end is provided with the nozzle forming a paint spraying port opened to the surrounding from the center of a spray axis, an air nozzle forming an annular air port forwardly enlarged in relation to the paint sprayed from the spraying port, and a deflector in front of the air port for blocking a spray flow and diffusing to the surrounding.
