<p>Disclosed are a cell dispersion method, a cell dispersing agent and a cell measurement method, each of which enables the dispersion of a cell mass while minimizing the damage to cells. For the dispersion of a cell mass, fluororesin particles are used. A cell mass, which is composed of an aggregate of multiple cells, is mixed with fluororesin particles in a liquid medium to separate the cell mass into individual cells, thereby dispersing the cells. The cell measurement is achieved by measuring the dispersed cells by flow cytometry.</p> |
