The motor vehicle (2) has a windowpane (14) e.g. rear screen, in which a flexible, opaque or light-attenuating sheet material (16) is provided, where the sheet material is designed as a sun protection unit for the window pane. The windowpane exhibits an adhesive layer over which the sheet material is stuck. The adhesive layer is designed such that the sheet material is detachable from the windowpane in a residue-free manner. A winding shaft (24) rolls the sheet material, which comprises natural or artificial fibers.
