The generator (10) has a surface area (14) provided with a heat-conducting element (18), heat-conducting ribs (20) and an insulating layer (30). Temperature of the surface area is adjusted to an ambient temperature in a delay-free manner. Another surface area (16) is provided with a thin heat-conducting layer (24) and a heat storage element (26). Temperature of the latter area is adjusted to the ambient temperature in a delay manner. The heat-conducting and storage elements, heat-conducting ribs, insulating layer and heat-conducting layer are subjected to changes in environmental conditions.
