PURPOSE: An automatic alignment apparatus for chip boards is provided to automatically arrange chip boards while a cassette in which the chip boards are stacked is placed on a cassette support. CONSTITUTION: An automatic alignment apparatus for chip boards(W) comprises an alignment unit(500) and a control unit(600). The alignment unit including an electromagnet operated according to a control signal of the control unit is installed on a cassette support(210) and arranges the chip boards in a cassette placed on the cassette support. The control unit controls the operation of the alignment unit.
