PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business activity support system for increasing efficiency of business activity by arranging an event generated in a customer on a map, and supporting the switching of a screen.

SOLUTION: An event information detection part 2A retrieves information stored in a customer information storage part 3A on the basis of designated conditions, and detects such an event as "large payment". An event arrangement map creation part 2B creates an event arrangement map 8 by arranging marks showing events at the locations of customers related to the events. The created event arrangement map 8 is displayed at the terminal of a person in charge of business. An event relation detection part 2C detects a relation between corporation customers and individual customers as the employees of the corporation and the events, and makes an event explanation part 8B display it. A screen management part 4 determines screen configurations on the basis of schedule information, sample information or operation history.
